Sales of Talea apartments have officially begun. Talea is the new Impresa Rusconi residential development based in via Privata Martino Lutero 5 in Milan and signed by Studio Beretta Associati: 35 energy class A apartments on seven floors, with two underground floors for garages and bicycle storage and a last roofing plan for solar panels and condominium gardens. The building overlooks the via Rucellai gardens, currently under construction, and is visually connected to the L’Innesto, a redevelopment project of the adjacent former Greco-Breda railway yard developed by Redo sgr on behalf of the Lombardy Real Estate Fund, and that is object of the incoming years urban regeneration plan of Reinventing Cities.
