The domed lid and ceramic walls trap steam to create a dry, crackling exterior. Handles on the lid make it easy to remove, and the ridged bottom of the pan keeps dough from sticking. The base fits neatly inside the lid for more compact storage. 

For Cleaning & Care of the product with unglazed area, simply use dishwashing liquid, water, and a sponge – rinse well and air dry.
