Actuality

After nòvAmpère, another large building is using sustainable technologies and processes to reduce pollution in the city. The new Unipol-SAI headquarters, that is being built at the Isola quarter, also exploits geothermal energy for heating and cooling and uses photovoltaic panels succeeding in  reducing CO2 emissions by 13 tonnes a year. The 2,000 square meters park, half of that of nòvAmpère, will absorb another 12 tons of CO2 per year, while the titanium dioxide coated facade   will clean the air from fine particles.
