People who choose Torre Milano marry the city they love. Developed by Impresa Rusconi and Storm.it and designed by Beretta Associati, Torre Milano is a Milanese building from ground level to top floor. It set to become one of the symbols of the city
The new Torre Milano development in via Stresa, Milan, celebrates the city and the people who live in it. For years to come Torre Milano and its twenty-three floors will be one of the few opportunities to own a flat in a piece of Milan’s distinctive skyline.
The project is developed by a fully Milanese team including Impresa Rusconi and Storm.it. Impresa Rusconi, founded in 1907, is a historic construction company that has been building in Milan for over one hundred years. Its projects include the Niguarda Metropolitan Hospital, the INPS offices in Piazza Missori, the Palazzo dei Sindacati in Corso di Porta Vittoria, the Baggio Military Hospital. Vivi Montecatini and nòvAmpère are two of its most recent residential developments.

Storm.it was established in 2000 by Carlo Paolo Corti, whose family has operated in the sector for over sixty years. Its most interesting recent projects include the Giò Center office complex in via Gonin and a series of residential projects in Milan including nòvAmpère, developed in partnership with Impresa Rusconi.
The project is designed by the architecture firm Beretta Associati. Roberto and Gianmaria Beretta have been working in Milan and the rest of the world since 1964, designing many residential buildings – some developed in collaboration with Impresa Rusconi – the headquarters of prestigious international brands, the requalification of the Velodromo Vigorelli, the restoration of Assolombarda and of Cassa Lombarda.
Torre Milano is inspired by the landmarks of the city’s economic boom and by the typical elements of rationalist architecture, with pure geometric forms and volumes creating the illusion of blending inside and outside. It features reinforced concrete like the legendary Pirelli skyscraper and the Torre Velasca but also includes a belvedere, terraces and green and luxuriant gardens. The tower will be linked to two buildings, one two- and one three-storeys high, which will contribute to further bringing out its vertical lines.
